About The Position

As vCluster’s Digital Marketing Manager, you aren't just managing social media accounts; you are the architect of our digital distribution engine. In this role, you will be the primary driver of our "media engine," turning complex technical narratives into a high-velocity growth machine. You have the unique opportunity to design how the cloud-native community discovers vCluster, ensuring our message reaches the world’s largest neoclouds and AI factories.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years in digital, performance, or content marketing, with a proven track record of scaling engagement for technical B2B SaaS or infrastructure products.
  • You are "infrastructure-literate." You can translate complex infrastructure concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with DevOps and platform engineers.
  • You have an opinionated view on how to win on LinkedIn and other targeted channels. You understand the nuances of community sentiment on Reddit and Hacker News.
  • You measure success by quantifiable achievements—not just likes and shares. You use data to prove ROI and aren't afraid to pivot when an experiment fails.
  • You naturally integrate AI tools to automate routine distribution tasks, brainstorm creative copy at scale, and keep our lean team punching above its weight class.
  • You have an eye for quality and the ability to lead agencies or freelancers to produce top-tier visual and video assets.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in developer tools, Kubernetes, or AI Infrastructure.
  • Experience navigating the transition from early-stage adoption to a predictable, market-leading growth engine.
  • A strong personal LinkedIn or social presence that demonstrates your ability to build an audience and spark conversation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and operate the "content-to-pipeline" system that turns product updates, customer stories, and executive insights into a consistent, high-performing engine across LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
  • Master content distribution—ensuring our most important technical narratives are seen by the right stakeholders at the right time.
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn paid campaigns with a ruthless focus on experimentation, precision targeting, and measurable pipeline impact.
  • Act as the strategic partner to our leadership team, translating their deep technical expertise into high-impact thought leadership and building a scalable advocacy program for the broader team.
  • Direct our video content strategy, working with external partners to transform live sessions and product demos into reusable, high-engagement assets.
  • Build a structured reporting framework that provides clear visibility into how social activity and paid spend drive traffic, engagement, and revenue.
