About The Position

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall digital marketing strategy of GTA. They are responsible for the day-to-day management of projects and ensure they are completed successfully and on time. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will manage end-to-end digital campaigns, maintain the company’s content, lead digital transformation projects, and measure the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns, among other tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree with one (1) to three (3) years of experience preferred
  • Keen understanding of social media advertising and awareness
  • Experience in working with different media outlets as well as social media outlets
  • Experience implementing and running social media campaigns (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) as well as understanding SM trends, analytics, and rules
  • Understanding of marketing principles and marketing analytics
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills; detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated; can-do attitude with the ability to run with a project from inception to fruition
  • Excellent time management and understanding of deadlines
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance
  • Must be able to work any shift and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to meet the needs and goals of the business
  • Ability to promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
  • Product/Service knowledge: Remains up to date on the latest services and products we provide and has a clear understanding of how each work. Working knowledge of telecom network offerings such as Ethernet, TDM, DSL and Wireless access providers also required.
  • Customer centric: Puts the customer first and creates a positive experience for the customer by building relationships and maximizing service/product offerings. Stays current with knowledge of products clients require and can foresee their future technology needs

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop skills are a plus
  • Acquire certifications in Hubspot
  • Certifications in Google Adwords and other social media certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital transformation projects for the team including web development, email marketing strategy, and digital content strategy
  • Create end to end digital strategy for the team that amplifies the GTA online presence
  • Work with the Brand/Digital team to ensure there is a digital strategy and execution plan for all campaigns
  • Manage end-to-end paid digital media campaigns with vendor
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email, TV etc.)
  • Manage digital media spend for effective campaigns while staying on time and budget
  • Develop social media strategies with Marketing digital team
  • Plan weekly posts across all involved social channels at an expected consistent cadence
  • Create visual, written, and video social media content
  • Work with Social Media team to keep content aligned with overall marketing strategies and amplify reach
  • Work with Customer Care team to provide support for customers on social media and third-party websites for reviews
  • Build monthly scorecard for Digital Marketing results
  • Provide scorecard details and analytics regularly and monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help guide future marketing strategies
  • Manage digital transformation in-store
  • Manage digital experience on devices, digital displays, and video walls
  • Manage all digital tools including gta.net website pages, content and upgrades
  • Work with IT, customer care, web development vendor, LiveChat vendor, and Support vendor to keep the gta.net website working and current for the customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media and social media developments
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media and digital ads
  • Collaborate with inbound strategists and creative team
  • Develop and manage influencer strategies in collaboration with team
  • Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website
  • Perform company website maintenance and updates as necessary
