About The Position

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and performance of all digital and social media initiatives. This role owns the brand’s online presence across platforms, driving engagement, customer acquisition, and retention through content, campaigns, and data-driven optimization. This position requires a highly creative and analytical marketer who can develop compelling content, manage real-time engagement, and translate performance data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to balance brand storytelling with measurable results.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing brand social accounts and growing engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Experience with analytics tools (native platforms, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to shoot and edit photo/video content is highly preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents in English, including safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English as required for content development and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to apply sound judgment when interpreting written, verbal, or visual instructions.
  • Must be able to analyze information, solve problems, and make decisions in situations that involve multiple variables and changing priorities.
  • Employee must be able to obtain and maintain any licenses or permits required by federal, state, or local regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging content (photo, video, copy) tailored to each platform.
  • Identify and capitalize on trends, cultural moments, and real-time opportunities to drive engagement.
  • Ensure brand voice and visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Lead ideation and production of social-first content including short-form video, reels, stories, and static posts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce campaign assets.
  • Direct and execute on-location shoots, product photography, and lifestyle content when needed.
  • Continuously evolve content quality, style, and storytelling to align with brand direction.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews (Google, Yelp, app stores, etc.) in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
  • Manage online reputation and escalate customer concerns when appropriate.
  • Build and foster an engaged online community.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns to support promotions, product launches, and key initiatives.
  • Partner with internal or external teams on media buying, targeting, and creative testing.
  • Track and report on KPIs including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
  • Support broader digital marketing efforts including email, SMS, app engagement, SEO/SEM, and website content.
  • Collaborate on integrated campaigns that connect social media with in-store, app, and promotional initiatives.
  • Optimize digital funnels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze performance across all digital channels and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop regular reporting on campaign performance, audience growth, and engagement trends.
  • Use data to continuously refine strategy, content, and targeting.
  • Identify and manage influencer and brand partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate collaborations, giveaways, and cross-promotional campaigns.
  • Track performance and ROI of partnerships.
