The Customer Journey Analytics Product Manager is responsible for leading the implementation, strategy, roadmap, adoption, and ongoing optimization of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) B2B Edition capabilities for RSM’s Marketing & Communications organization. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, digital marketing, analytics, engineering, and implementation partners to ensure Customer Journey Analytics delivers measurable business value across marketing optimization, digital experience, buyer journey analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate is a proactive analytics leader who can translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions, guide prioritization, and drive continuous improvement of the organization’s analytics ecosystem.
