Position Summary: As the Digital Marketing Manager at Meadows Behavioral Health (MBH), you will support the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and patient acquisition across the organization. This role has primary responsibility for social media strategy and management, overseeing content planning, community engagement, platform growth, social advertising, and the creation of compelling content that strengthens the MBH brand. In collaboration with the Marketing Director and Marketing team members, you will manage key digital marketing channels including paid media, email marketing, marketing automation, and digital campaigns, ensuring all efforts are aligned with organizational objectives and performance goals. Working closely with facility leaders, clinicians, and subject matter experts, you will identify and amplify meaningful stories, insights, and expertise through engaging social content, video, email communications, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, combining strong digital marketing expertise with content creation, analytics, and a passion for telling stories that connect with and inspire audiences.
