About The Position

Worldwide Foam is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate ecommerce growth and sharpen our brand presence across key digital channels. You’ll own strategy-to-execution, turning customer insights and performance data into campaigns that move revenue. Your day kicks off with a fast scan of Shopify performance, traffic patterns, and campaign dashboards—then you pick the biggest opportunity and chase it. You’ll jump into working sessions around a product launch, map out a promotional calendar, and shape content for email and social. Between meetings, you’ll pressure-test ideas with data, refine site messaging for search visibility, and keep influencer conversations moving. By late afternoon, you’re stitching together results, sharing crisp takeaways, and lining up the next experiment—because the scoreboard resets every day.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in digital marketing for ecommerce or consumer brands
  • Strong grasp of consumer buying behavior, ROI, and customer acquisition
  • Tools: Google Analytics plus creative tools (Canva/Adobe/CapCut); strong Excel/Office skills
  • Excellent communication and project management in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital campaign planning and execution across SEO, email, social, and site merchandising
  • Manage and optimize Shopify (or similar) to improve conversion and customer experience
  • Build reporting rhythms, analyze results, and translate insights into clear next actions
  • Drive brand-building through influencer partnerships and promotional initiatives
  • Coordinate timelines and stakeholders to deliver launches and seasonal pushes
