About The Position

Gantri is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to run its digital marketing engine across paid social, paid search, email, SMS, affiliate, and on-site conversion. • Exceptional quantitative skills, including comfort building and maintaining attribution models, cohort analyses, LTV/CAC models, and spend forecasts in spreadsheets or BI tools.
  • Understanding of the limitations of platform-reported attribution and how to triangulate results using incrementality testing, marketing mix modeling, or post-purchase surveys.
  • Hands-on knowledge of the ecommerce stack, including Klaviyo or equivalent, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and at least one attribution or analytics platform such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, or Rockerbox.
  • Strong organization, including use of calendars, trackers, documented processes, and written briefs to keep agencies and workstreams on schedule.
  • Experience managing external agencies and holding them accountable to performance targets.
