Reporting to the Director – Marketing and Communications, the Manager – Digital Marketing is responsible for driving registrations and engagement for Atlanta Track Club events, programs and merchandise. This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to learn and utilize varying marketing tools. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong time management skills, adaptability and the ability to respond to changing needs. This role’s primary goal is to drive measurable growth in registrations through strategic and well-executed marketing efforts. The ideal candidate brings a sales-minded approach, creativity, and an understanding of Atlanta Track Club’s mission and values. Experience in the running, sports and/or events industry is preferred. This position requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
