Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring a Digital Marketing Lead, Aesthetics for its Aesthetic and Reconstruction Business, based in Irvine, CA. This role is a key player in developing and executing groundbreaking digital marketing strategies that connect with customers and patients in new and meaningful ways. The ideal candidate is a passionate and innovative digital marketer, a social media guru who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, a creative thinker, a team player, adaptable to changing priorities, experienced in building and managing influencer programs and agency partnerships, and possesses excellent project management skills. Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
  • 3 + years of experience required in a digital marketing role
  • Experience developing and executing effective influencer programs
  • 2+ years of experience managing promotional budgets with strong business analysis skills.
  • Outstanding project management skills and experience leading multiple vendors, marketing partners and agency partners with understanding of digital implementation (e.g., programming/development, QA testing, etc.).
  • Digital experience including website management, social media, AI, CRM, SEM, SEO, GEO,is preferred.
  • Platform experience Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Canva, Bee Free, Hootsuite, Air Table, Google Analytics, Looker Studio and Heat mapping tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstration of leadership skills and the ability to influence partners at all levels.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, writing, editing and communication skills with ability to present to senior management when needed.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • The ability and willingness to travel domestically as required – up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Drive our digital presence to new heights as our resident digital media rockstar
  • Lead and grow impactful social media and influencer marketing programs that build brand awareness, trust, and engagement
  • Build impactful email campaigns that align with social, digital, and sales force messaging cadence
  • Develop and manage comprehensive content calendar for all US initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to bring creative ideas to life
  • Partner with and manage agency relationships, ensuring high-quality, on-brand execution across projects
  • Own projects end to end with strong project management skills, keeping timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables on track
  • Bring fresh thinking, creative energy, and a test-and-learn mindset to everything you do
  • Manage and maintain the US consumer and HCP, websites to ensure that branding and messaging are accurate and consistent with brand strategy and adhering to promotional integrity compliance requirements
  • Work with operations team to identify key area of improvement for eCommerce platform. Identifying issues and providing solutions for our customers
  • Ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of marketing materials and conduct all responsibilities in accordance with Company policies.
  • Coordinate with the Market Research, Analytics & Sales Ops Teams to identify research, insight and measurement needs to inform spend, scale, or campaign optimizations.
  • Evaluate new & innovative marketing opportunities and provide perspective for adoption (where appropriate).
