About The Position

This is not a traditional digital marketing role. We are looking for someone who can execute across channels while building smarter, faster ways of working using AI and automation. You will play a central role in driving the growth of Fusion Protein, our priority brand, helping scale it into a leading player in the ready-to-drink protein space in Canada. Alongside this, you will contribute across a broader portfolio of brands, including parts of the business that operate in regulated categories with advertising constraints; requiring adaptability in how digital strategies are executed. You will operate at the core of our digital engine: spanning e-commerce, paid media, lifecycle, and social. with a clear focus on driving revenue, improving conversion, and scaling what works. You will partner with our agency, internal team, and external development partners to execute at speed. This is a hands-on role for someone who moves quickly, thinks commercially, and constantly looks for ways to increase output, reduce manual work, and improve performance.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in digital marketing, eCommerce, or growth-focused roles
  • Comfortable managing relationships with external vendors and partnering across internal teams to execute at speed
  • Hands-on experience executing paid digital and/or social campaigns
  • Strong understanding of conversion, funnels, and performance metrics
  • Experience executing email/SMS or lifecycle campaigns
  • Familiarity with or experience using our core tech stack, including Shopify, Klaviyo, Zapmail, PlusVibe, GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Audiences, Reddit, Zapier, n8n, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Lovable, and Weavy
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools and automation in a practical, results-driven way
  • Your resume must clearly outline at least one AI or automation workflow you have built or implemented, including the problem it solved and the outcome achieved
  • This experience will be explored in detail during the interview process
  • Full proficiency in French and English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize paid digital campaigns with clear ROI accountability
  • Support eCommerce performance including merchandising and promotional execution
  • Identify and surface revenue opportunities across the funnel, partnering with the E-Commerce Manager on conversion improvements
  • Build and manage email and SMS campaigns, including segmentation and targeting
  • Build and manage email and SMS flows
  • Build and own the digital promotional calendar for Fusion Protein from launch through scale-up
  • Follow, feed and improve our existing promotional calendar across our regulated brands, using performance data to refine cadence and offers
  • Drive retention and customer engagement initiatives
  • Execute and manage organic social campaigns across key platforms
  • Translate campaigns into structured, platform-specific content
  • Execute social and creator activations aligned with the Fusion Protein brand playbook
  • Build a steady UGC engine across organic social and lifecycle, using AI to scale editing and repurposing
  • Manage and grow affiliate and ambassador programs, including recruitment, briefing, and performance optimization
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, analysis, and campaign execution
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities across marketing workflows
  • Build simple workflows or systems to reduce manual work and improve speed
  • Continuously test new tools, approaches, and ideas
  • Track performance across channels and translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Run tests across creative, messaging, and channels to improve results
  • Focus on what works — and quickly cut what doesn't
