This is not a traditional digital marketing role. We are looking for someone who can execute across channels while building smarter, faster ways of working using AI and automation. You will play a central role in driving the growth of Fusion Protein, our priority brand, helping scale it into a leading player in the ready-to-drink protein space in Canada. Alongside this, you will contribute across a broader portfolio of brands, including parts of the business that operate in regulated categories with advertising constraints; requiring adaptability in how digital strategies are executed. You will operate at the core of our digital engine: spanning e-commerce, paid media, lifecycle, and social. with a clear focus on driving revenue, improving conversion, and scaling what works. You will partner with our agency, internal team, and external development partners to execute at speed. This is a hands-on role for someone who moves quickly, thinks commercially, and constantly looks for ways to increase output, reduce manual work, and improve performance.
