In this role, The Digital Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s digital presence across our global B2B Energy Solutions, Architectural and General Industrial customer base including marketing automation, email management, web, social, and advertising channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. In partnership with Regional Marketing Communications Leads, this role is responsible for creating and managing Pardot and Marketing cloud communications, AEM web pages, landing pages, Salesforce.com lead generation campaigns, targeted digital marketing initiatives, and supporting social media and paid media efforts to ensure consistent brand visibility and measurable business impact. By leveraging analytics, and best-in-class digital practices, the Manager delivers integrated campaigns that attract new customers, nurture existing relationships, and support overall sales growth. This position is a key support to our diverse, and global customer base to ensure professional, concise and engaging messaging and communications.

Requirements

  • Completion of bachelor's degree in a marketing, communications, or business field of study.
  • 5-10 years of demonstrable experience in Pardot (mandatory), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing automation, or digital marketing communications
  • Proven track record of executing successful digital campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid media, social, web, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Account Engagement, SF Pardot, SF Marketing Cloud and Adobe Enterprise Management.
  • Experience in supporting social media platforms including posting, scheduling and reporting
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), and A/B testing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (must speak English)
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, content, product marketing, and sales teams
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and landing page optimization is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Flexibility in changing business needs; ability to see new options as requirements change (growth mindset)
  • Experience with campaign performance tracking, reporting, and optimization

Responsibilities
