About The Position

The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns targeted to both members and non‑members. This role focuses on performance analysis, digital channel optimization, reporting, and collaboration across departments to improve campaign effectiveness and member engagement. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and metrics.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced certification in Google Analytics.
  • Experience with additional analytics platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Background in member behavior analysis and segmentation.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create graphics and written content for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Execute campaigns across approved digital channels including app notifications, online banking advertising, and web‑based tools.
  • Pull, segment, and maintain databases for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in developing and executing the annual marketing campaign plan.
  • Notify internal departments of campaign details, timelines, and specifications.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using engagement, adoption, and conversion metrics.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring performance reports.
  • Analyze digital behavior trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimization across applicable non‑email digital channels.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign messaging, timing, channels, and incentives.
  • Present quarterly digital performance insights and recommendations to the team.
  • Create, manage, and analyze marketing activity within Pulsate, Money Management, Segmint, Youtube, Google Ads, Disney/Paramount, Amazon/Twitch.
  • Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and consistent standards across systems.
  • Partner with internal departments to identify appropriate products, services, and promotional timing.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Promote a consistent and positive digital brand presence across platforms.
  • Participate in community marketing initiatives as requested.
  • Promote and maintain a positive image of Marine FCU.
  • Perform other digital marketing or analytical duties as assigned.
  • Display enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive service-oriented attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
