Nuuly is seeking a Marketing & Digital Analyst to join the Digital Analytics team! This role will focus on the intersection of marketing performance and on-site behavior. This role is specifically designed to bridge the gap between upstream marketing activity, paid channels, email, SEO, organic, etc., and what happens on-site. You will dig into how different audiences find Nuuly, how they browse and convert, and what the data tells us about optimal acquisition paths. You'll work closely with the Nuuly Marketing team and report to our Senior Analytics Manager, while collaborating with the broader Digital Analytics team on shared measurement infrastructure. The Analytics team brings data-driven insights to every function at Nuuly, including buying, logistics, finance, customer service, marketing, and user experience. The Product & Digital Analytics team specifically measures on-site and in-app behavior, partners with engineering and product management to govern GA4 tagging, and provides the measurement infrastructure needed to evaluate new features and experiences.
