Digital Experience Developer
About The Position
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Digital Experience Developer to build and maintain enterprise digital experiences using Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore XM Cloud, and Sitecore Content Hub. The position spans backend C#/.NET development, front-end development, content modeling, integrations, and platform upgrades, with an emphasis on modern composable patterns and migration from legacy implementations. The ideal candidate has delivered Sitecore work in production, can work across classic XP/XM and the composable Sitecore ecosystem, and balances technical depth with editor and marketer needs. This is a full-time, direct W2 position that is 100% remote within the United States, with an annual salary range of $100,000–$150,000. Requirements
- At least 5 years of Sitecore development experience.
- Deep expertise in C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs.
- Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud.
- Experience with headless implementations using JSS or Next.js.
- Solid front-end skills with modern JavaScript and build tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments.
