About The Position

Seeking a POMS MES Techno-Functional SME for pharma manufacturing (GxP). This role bridges business, quality, validation, and IT to configure, support, and implement MES solutions, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 8-12 years Pharma/Life Sciences experience
• 5+ years POMS MES experience
• Strong MES, EBR, workflows, GMP/GxP, CSV validation knowledge
• Troubleshooting skills
• Documentation skills
• Knowledge of compliance (FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5)

• Large-scale MES rollout experience
• ERP/LIMS/SCADA integration experience
• ISA-95 knowledge
• Agile/hybrid delivery experience
• Global manufacturing experience
