About The Position

This role focuses on the design and development of wiring harnesses for Motor Graders, utilizing advanced software tools. The engineer will be involved in creating electrical integration concepts for new machine platforms, ensuring proper routing, power distribution, and system interfaces. Collaboration with suppliers and the ability to interpret electrical drawings are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

• B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in wiring harness design.
• Proficiency in Creo Schematics and Pro Cabling.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components, cabling, and system integration.
• Experience in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and route wiring harnesses for Motor Graders using Creo Schematics, Electric Lines, and Pro Cabling.
• Develop electrical integration concepts for next‑generation machine platforms (NPI/NTI), including harness routing, power distribution, and system interfaces.
• Create and check detailed prints for wire harness routings.
• Collaborate with suppliers to support harness design and integration.
• Interpret and work with electrical drawings and schematics.
