About The Position

The Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Product Owner leads execution and value realization for Cardinal Health’s DEX transformation roadmap. The role serves as the business owner and strategic leader for a multi-year program intended to improve employee productivity, reduce digital friction, modernize IT service delivery, and enable proactive employee experiences through data, automation, AI, and journey-based design. The position ensures Cardinal Health realizes value from its DEX tool investment by translating telemetry, sentiment, and operational insights into measurable outcomes, including improved productivity, lower support costs, optimized technology spending, and better employee experiences. The role works across business and technology functions to turn DEX insights into tested, approved remediation actions; coordinate endpoint improvements through established change processes; and develop employee communications and campaigns that support adoption, awareness, and ongoing improvement of the digital workplace experience. The position also leads complex projects, analyzes data and presents insights, contributes to policies and procedures, and may mentor less experienced colleagues. Travel of at least 10–15% may be required if necessary.
