About The Position
The Queens Borough President's Office seeks a dynamic, motivated individual to join the Communications Department as a Digital Design and Content Manager. The role plays a key part in shaping and disseminating the office's messaging to Queens residents through social media content creation, website management, and other communications work.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community-centered activities related to the duties; or high school graduation or equivalent and six years of related experience; or equivalent education and/or experience.
- All candidates must have at least one year of experience in community work or community-centered activities related to the duties.
Responsibilities
- Create social media content.
- Manage the website.
- Help shape and disseminate the office's messaging to Queens residents.
