About The Position

Assort Health is seeking an AI-forward digital marketer to lead and scale its inbound engine, focusing on paid media, website conversion, and search visibility across both traditional search engines and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role involves treating the website as a product and leveraging AI discoverability as a key growth area. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with a proven ability to translate channel spend into predictable pipeline. Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B digital marketing or demand generation, with ownership of paid and web channels tied to pipeline, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven record of efficiently scaling paid search and paid social, with a focus on pipeline-per-dollar.
  • Hands-on experience with CRO and web analytics, including landing page testing, conversion funnels, and GA4/HubSpot.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and a strong perspective on AEO and LLM discoverability.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency, including experience with AI in research, analysis, and content workflows with human QA (e.g., using tools like Claude).
  • Strong analytical mindset focused on pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid media as a pipeline channel (Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels), managing budgets, agency partners, and efficiency against pipeline targets.
  • Own website conversion, including demo flows, landing pages, CRO experiments, and page depth to support paid scaling.
  • Drive SEO and AEO (AI Engine Optimization) to improve visibility in search engines and AI assistants, growing LLM referrals (ChatGPT, Google, Claude) into a significant channel.
  • Implement a rapid experimentation engine across channels, creative, and messaging.
  • Utilize AI across the marketing workflow, including research, creative iteration, page builds, and reporting automation, while maintaining strong QA and brand control.
  • Define and report on channel performance from spend to Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQO), partnering with RevOps on attribution and dashboards.
