About The Position

Dust is seeking a Growth Marketer to own pipeline generation across their target markets. This is a high-output, high-autonomy role where the individual will design and run multi-channel campaigns, build assets, conduct weekly experiments, and drive measurable results. The role emphasizes thinking, building, and executing quickly while maintaining brand consistency and aligning with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) strategy for compounding growth. The company is a Sequoia-backed startup focused on building a multiplayer AI platform for human-agent collaboration, serving notable customers and aiming for significant growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a closely related role at a B2B tech company, ideally with a fast-moving, scrappy culture.
  • Proven ability to own campaign execution end-to-end: strategy, copy, asset creation, targeting, reporting, without needing a dedicated support team.
  • Strong analytical instincts to read numbers, draw conclusions quickly, and adjust course.
  • Experience running ABM-style campaigns, including ICP-led targeting, account mapping, and personalized outreach sequences.
  • Fluency across core channels: LinkedIn, paid social, email, and paid search.
  • An AI-native operator, using AI tools daily to increase speed, improve asset quality, and operate at scale.
  • High cadence and high focus, capable of running multiple experiments simultaneously.
  • A systems thinker, focused on building infrastructure for long-term, compounding pipeline growth.
  • Low ego and highly collaborative, able to work well within a team, give and receive feedback, and execute brilliantly on ideas.
  • Good brand taste, able to create assets that are sharp, professional, and not generic.
  • Experience in a B2B environment that is fast-paced and digitally native (e.g., Notion, Figma, Slack mold).
  • Experience across more than one geographic market, understanding nuances in campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline generation.
  • Run 3-5+ demand gen experiments per week across LinkedIn, email, paid social, and other channels, with a structured approach to testing, reflection, and iteration.
  • Own a pipeline number, ensuring all campaigns are traceable to qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Build and manage target account lists in close coordination with RevOps and Sales, identifying and reaching the right contacts to drive conversations.
  • Design and execute full campaign sequences from strategy to copy to asset creation to reporting.
  • Build the demand generation machine, focusing on systems that create a sustainable, repeatable engine rather than one-off pushes.
  • Build assets independently, including landing pages, email sequences, ebooks, one-pagers, and LinkedIn creatives, utilizing AI tools for speed and quality.
  • Own CRM hygiene and campaign tracking in HubSpot, reporting on performance and optimizing based on results.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to refine ICP targeting and ensure campaigns reach the most relevant accounts.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and the broader marketing team (content, field, PMM) to develop campaigns that elevate the brand and amplify messaging.
  • Collaborate with the other growth marketer on strategy and share learnings to build a high-performing growth function.
  • Repurpose existing successful content to launch high-quality work quickly.
  • Partner regularly with Sales and SDR teams, treating them as internal customers.
