About The Position

This demand generation role focuses on creating demand rather than just capturing existing demand. The ideal candidate will have experience marketing into the contact center, CX, CCaaS, WFM, conversational AI, or related SaaS space and understand how to influence buyers before they are actively evaluating solutions. Evaluagent is an AI-first company that helps contact centers unlock the value of every customer conversation through AI-powered quality management and conversation intelligence. The platform provides insights to improve performance, customer experience, and business outcomes. The company is focused on accelerating growth in the United States and is looking for someone to establish and scale demand generation in a market with significant growth potential. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building and executing, offering the opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth.

Requirements

  • Experience marketing to contact center, CX, CCaaS, WFM, conversational AI, or related SaaS buyers.
  • A track record of building pipeline through demand generation programs.
  • Experience with ABM and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • A builder mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing.
  • Based on the US East Coast (Eastern Time preferred).
  • Able to work standard business hours with a regular two-hour overlap with the UK team.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Build demand across the US.
  • Shape how the company builds awareness, generates pipeline, and grows its presence in North America.
  • Test ideas, launch campaigns, challenge assumptions, and make a visible impact on company growth.
  • Execute demand generation programs.
  • Execute ABM and multi-channel campaigns.
