About The Position

Join a school community where curiosity, relationships, and purpose matter. At Stratford Hall, every day is filled with meaningful moments worth sharing — from Kindergarten curiosity to Grade 12 leadership, from outdoor education trips to student exhibitions, performances, athletics, and community celebrations. We are an independent, co-educational International Baccalaureate school in East Vancouver serving students from Kindergarten through Grade 12. Our community is collaborative, globally minded, and deeply connected. We believe learning should be joyful and grounded in strong relationships. We’re looking for a creative, organized, and digitally savvy storyteller who is excited to capture the energy of school life and help bring Stratford Hall’s story to life across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who loves content creation, understands social media culture, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. If you are the kind of person who notices the small moments, thinks in reels and stories, enjoys building community online and in person, and wants your work to have real impact, we’d love to hear from you. Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management for the 2026-2027 School Year while the Director of Communications & Marketing is on leave, the Digital Content & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Stratford Hall’s marketing and communications efforts. This hands-on role combines digital storytelling, content creation, social media management, photography, videography, writing, and campaign coordination in support of the school’s communications, community engagement, and enrollment initiatives. This role offers significant creative ownership and the opportunity to shape how Stratford Hall’s story is experienced across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, collaborative, and highly organized — someone who can move seamlessly between capturing candid classroom moments, editing a reel, writing a newsletter story, updating website content, and supporting admissions campaigns and school events. This is an on-site position requiring active participation in the daily life of the school community.
