Under the supervision of the Manager, Digital Experience, support the overall objectives of the Joni and Friends Marketing department. This role involves coordinating website content development, executing digital content planning, and managing the creation and publishing of blog content and devotionals. The coordinator will also strategize and develop CTAs, assist with webpage development, and coordinate the process for web events, including administrating incoming requests and serving as a point of contact for web event listings. Additionally, the role involves creating content for online event pages, autoresponders, peer-to-peer fundraising, and registrations, and serving as the Marketing lead for event and fundraising page-related service tickets. Reporting on event and fundraising pages and optimizing processes within Asana and page layouts are also key responsibilities. The position requires collaboration with the Digital Experience team, integration with various ministry platforms like Salesforce, GoFundMe Pro, WordPress, and Asana, and providing troubleshooting solutions. The coordinator will also connect web events to Asana projects for team visibility and maintain service-minded communication with all teams. Other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor to support department and organizational needs are also part of the role.
