About The Position

Huron is seeking a Digital Consulting Senior Associate to support Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, focusing on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) for Higher Education clients. Senior Associates serve in client-facing project or work-stream leadership roles, with substantial client interaction, project management, intensive data analysis, and preparation of client-ready presentations. They also help develop Analysts and Coachees. The role covers the implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and post-go-live support. The Senior Associate collaborates with integration, reporting, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, facilitates client workshops, documents requirements and processes, and supports testing and deployment readiness. Travel of up to 50% may be required to work with clients or internal project teams. The estimated base salary range is $120,000–$145,000 USD. The position is also eligible for Huron’s annual incentive compensation program; the estimated total compensation range, inclusive of incentive opportunity, is $134,400–$171,100 USD. The role is eligible for benefit plans including medical, dental, and vision coverage and other wellness programs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to the position, or equivalent work experience.
3–5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting testing, and interfacing with business users.
Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementation experience, including configuration, testing, and client-facing delivery activities.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to translate meeting information into documentation for participants and project teams.
Ability to own project workstreams and plan and organize tasks with little to no supervision.
Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams.

Prior experience leading or supporting implementations for Higher Education clients is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, focusing on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) for Higher Education clients.
Manage or contribute to Oracle Cloud implementation activities across discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and post-go-live support.
Partner with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design.
Facilitate client workshops, document business requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.
Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and deployment readiness.
Gather and document business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state solution designs.
Manage project workstreams and project activities, including planning and organizing tasks.
Conduct data analysis and develop compelling client-ready presentations.
Develop Analysts and Coachees.
