About The Position

Huron is seeking a Digital Consulting Manager specializing in Oracle Cloud SCM and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to lead transformation programs for Higher Education organizations. The role combines client advisory, Oracle solution design and implementation, project delivery, and consulting team leadership. The manager partners with executive stakeholders and institutions to modernize supply chain operations, improve procurement and supplier management, and align technology solutions with client goals. The position includes responsibility for end-to-end engagement delivery and financial performance, as well as mentoring and developing consulting team members. The role may require travel up to 50% to work with clients or internal project teams. The position is remote, as indicated by the job posting’s #LI-Remote tag. The estimated base salary range is $145,000–$170,000, with estimated total compensation including annual incentive compensation of $166,750–$212,500. The role is eligible for Huron benefit plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage and other wellness programs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to the position, or equivalent work experience.
5–7 years of end-to-end implementation or production support experience with Oracle Cloud P2P.
Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience leading or supporting implementations for clients in Higher Education is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay transformation programs for Higher Education organizations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and supply chain modernization recommendations.
Lead solution design and implementation across Oracle P2P, including Sourcing, Contracts, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal/Management, and Accounts Payable.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, risk management, and post-go-live support.
Lead, coach, and develop consulting team members through performance management, mentoring, training, and career development activities while fostering Huron’s collaborative culture.
Partner with Higher Education institutions to optimize procurement operations, supplier management, inventory practices, and organizational efficiency.
Drive engagement financial performance through resource planning, budget management, and delivery excellence.
