About The Position

Huron is seeking a Digital Consulting Manager to lead Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation programs for Higher Education organizations. The Manager will advise executive stakeholders on supply chain modernization and lead solution design and implementation across Oracle P2P, including Sourcing, Contracts, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal and Supplier Management, and Accounts Payable. The role oversees end-to-end project delivery, from requirements and design through testing, deployment, risk management, and post-go-live support. The Manager partners with Higher Education institutions to improve procurement operations, supplier management, inventory practices, and organizational efficiency, while managing engagement financial performance through resource planning and budget oversight. The Manager also leads, coaches, and develops consulting team members through performance management, mentoring, training, and career development. The position may require travel of up to 50% to work with clients or internal project teams. The role is eligible for Huron’s annual incentive compensation program and benefit plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage and wellness programs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to the position, or equivalent work experience.
5–7 years of end-to-end Oracle Cloud P2P implementation or production support experience.
Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
