About The Position

Huron is a global consultancy that works with clients to drive strategic growth, innovation, and transformation. Senior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership, and substantive client interaction at tactical and strategic levels. They work with clients throughout project phases, from pursuit through delivery, and spend considerable time managing projects and analyzing data to develop impactful recommendations. The role also includes practice development, mentoring assigned coachees, and project and organizational administration. The Senior Manager owns end-to-end solution design for Oracle ERP Financials, developing scalable, compliant, and high-performing architectures for Oracle Cloud Financials modules. They lead stakeholder workshops and client interactions, oversee configuration, testing, training, and end-user support, and collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams. They also establish implementation standards, templates, and best practices. The estimated base salary is $165,000–$190,000. The position is eligible for Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, with total estimated compensation inclusive of the incentive opportunity of $198,000–$228,000. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage and other wellness programs. Travel up to 50% may be required to work with clients or internal project teams.

Requirements

At least 6 years of Oracle Financials experience, with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP.
Experience leading design and architecture solutions across multiple finance processes and modules.
Strong knowledge of integrations, reporting, and data migration in Oracle ERP environments.
Ability to manage complex global designs involving multiple GAAP frameworks, charts of accounts, and currencies.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the interpersonal skills to quickly establish trust and collaboration.
Proven ability to contribute to multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams.

Nice To Haves

Consulting background strongly preferred.
Oracle certifications are a plus.
Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials solution design, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.
Develop complex solution architectures for Oracle Cloud modules, including GL, AR, Assets, Cash, Lease Accounting, AP, and Projects.
Lead workshops with business stakeholders to translate requirements into future-state designs.
Lead senior-level client interactions.
Execute or oversee configuration, testing, training, and end-user support.
Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design.
Define standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations.
Manage projects and engagements and contribute throughout project phases from pursuit through delivery.
Analyze data to develop impactful recommendations.
Contribute to practice development and mentor assigned coachees.
Train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical dimensions.
Contribute to multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
