Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
  • Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate client executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism.
  • Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications.
  • Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle EPM awareness is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design sessions across multiple Oracle Financial modules and be comfortable being hands-on.
  • Lead Oracle Financial implementation as both a Finance Architect and Engagement Lead, driving solution architecture, and delivery execution.
  • Lead onshore and offshore support resources.
  • Manage multiple projects of different scale and duration.
  • Train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions.
