About The Position

The Oracle Cloud Enablement Director is responsible for driving organizational readiness, user adoption, and knowledge management activities that support Oracle Cloud implementation and optimization initiatives. This position partners with Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and program stakeholders to ensure learning strategies, communications, and enablement resources prepare users for new business processes and system capabilities. The role supports change management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement efforts to promote successful adoption and sustained business value from Oracle Cloud solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Business, Engineering, Computer Science or IT related field and five years of IT or Project Management experience OR nine years of IT or Project Management experience, or a combination of relevant experience and education.
  • Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management- Systematically analyzing, managing and influencing stakeholder relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes through structured engagement.
  • Organizational change management- Planning, designing and implementing activities to transition the organization and people to the required future state.
  • Problem Management - Managing the life-cycle of all problems that have occurred or could occur in delivering a service.
  • Requirements Definition and Management - Managing requirements through the entire delivery and operational lifecycle.
  • Governance - Defining and operating frameworks for decision-making, risk management, stakeholder relationships and compliance with organizational and regulatory obligations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation or optimization initiatives.
  • Experience with organizational readiness, user adoption, training, and change management for enterprise systems.
  • Experience partnering with Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Change Management and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile project or program delivery environments.
  • Experience in higher education or other complex enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enablement and adoption resources for Oracle Fusion Cloud initiatives.
  • Ensure role-based training materials and release readiness content support end-user adoption and business process transformation.
  • Support organizational readiness efforts by ensuring stakeholders understand new system capabilities, processes, and operational impacts.
  • Support the development of a talent pipeline to prepare new talent in Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
  • Partner with Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Program Management, Change Management office and implementation teams to identify enablement needs and ensure learning priorities align with program objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional reviews to ensure training, communications, and adoption resources remain accurate and aligned with program milestones.
  • Support change management, stakeholder communication, and adoption activities associated with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge and enablement resources to ensure accessibility, consistency, and governance of Oracle Cloud documentation.
  • Monitor training participation, user feedback, readiness and adoption outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain documentation, process guidance, and supporting materials to promote ongoing user proficiency and program sustainability.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
