Digital Consulting Senior Associate, Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
About The Position
Huron is a global consultancy that works with clients on strategic growth, innovation, and change, helping them advance operational, digital, and cultural transformation. Senior Associates play a client-facing project or workstream leadership role, with substantial client interaction, project management, data analysis, and preparation of client-ready presentations. They also support the development of Analysts and Coachees. In this role, the Senior Associate leads functional design and configuration for Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, focusing on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) for Higher Education clients. The position supports implementation projects from discovery and design through configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and post-go-live support. It works with integration, reporting, and data teams to create end-to-end solutions, and engages clients to gather requirements, improve processes, and translate business needs into Oracle Cloud solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to the position, or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting testing, and interfacing with business users.
- Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementation experience, including configuration, testing, and client-facing delivery activities.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to turn information from meetings into documentation for participants and project teams.
- Ability to own project workstreams and plan and organize tasks with little to no supervision.
- Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, focusing on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) for Higher Education clients.
- Support Oracle Cloud implementation projects across discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and post-go-live support.
- Partner with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design.
- Facilitate client workshops, document business requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and deployment readiness.
- Gather and document business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state solution designs.
- Manage project workstreams and contribute to project management, data analysis, and client-ready presentations.
- Develop Analysts and Coachees.
