About The Position

i360technologies is seeking a motivated, early-career Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Analyst to support a major federal agency’s consolidation of core financial management systems into a multi-tenant Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution. As a subcontractor to a large federal systems integrator, i360technologies supports this federal financial modernization program, which aims to standardize financial management and use automation and artificial intelligence to reduce manual work, speed reconciliation, and improve data quality.

The role helps configure, test, deploy, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud procurement and payables capabilities in a complex federal financial environment. The analyst will work with senior consultants, participate in requirements and fit-gap workshops, translate business requirements into configurations and functional designs, support testing and deployment, and document processes and controls. AI tools are encouraged for learning, documentation, and testing, subject to client approval; client data and other sensitive information must never be entered into public AI tools.

The position is based on-site at client facilities in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, with occasional travel to other client locations. The employee must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust eligibility and must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with at least three of the last five years of U.S. residency. Work must be performed within the United States; sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Oracle ERP Procurement or Payables experience as a consultant, analyst, implementation team member, or power user.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and/or Payables experience; Oracle EBS experience with Fusion Cloud training or certification will be considered.
• Understanding of end-to-end P2P processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, invoice matching, and payments.
• Familiarity with Oracle approval workflows/BPM.
• Exposure to FBDI, OTBI/BIP, interfaces, or conversions from a functional perspective.
• Experience writing or executing SIT/UAT test scripts.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to learn unfamiliar systems, processes, or rules quickly and apply that learning to real work.
• A track record of taking initiative to learn independently, such as through certifications, self-study, or volunteering for new project work.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust eligibility; a background investigation is required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with at least 3 of the last 5 years of U.S. residency.
• Work must be performed within the United States; remote access from foreign locations is not permitted.

Responsibilities

• Help configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P functionality.
• Support Procurement, Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Payables, Payments, and related functionality.
• Participate in requirements and fit-gap workshops with financial and procurement stakeholders.
• Help translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud configurations and functional designs.
• Configure approval rules, purchasing controls, supplier setups, invoice processing, matching, and payment options with guidance from senior consultants.
• Support integration of P2P processes with GL, Fixed Assets, Projects, Budgetary Control, and external systems.
• Help draft functional specifications for integrations, conversions, reports, and extensions.
• Support data conversion and validation.
• Write and execute SIT/UAT test scripts and help resolve functional defects.
• Support deployment, cutover, training, and post-production stabilization.
• Document configurations, business processes, SOPs, and controls.
• Use AI tools to speed up learning, documentation, and testing, and learn from senior consultants.
• Use only client-approved AI tools and do not enter client data, financial records, or other sensitive information into public AI tools.
