The New York City Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) is dedicated to implementing the city’s Human Rights Law through enforcement, education, and outreach. The Commission strives to address historical and contemporary inequities, fostering a city where all individuals can live, work, and thrive free from discrimination. This involves training, education, policy initiatives, and proactive identification of discrimination patterns through testing. The CCHR also utilizes investigations, litigation, and other enforcement tools to address discrimination allegations. The Digital Communications Specialist will be instrumental in executing the agency’s daily and long-term digital strategy. This role involves maintaining CCHR’s online presence, developing engaging content, and ensuring effective public communication across social media, email, and web platforms. The specialist will be part of the Chief of Staff team and will receive day-to-day supervision from the Assistant Director of Creative Communications.
