Go Maverick Group has a client who has an immediate need for an entry-level Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist. This is the ideal opportunity for a recent or soon to be college graduate. Our client creates products that support children, families, and people of all abilities across education, hospitality, and public washroom spaces. As the team behind industry‑leading brands they build thoughtful, accessible, beautifully engineered solutions used by people around the world — and you’ll help tell those stories. You’ll collaborate with talented teammates across Sales, E‑Commerce, and Design, experiment with new approaches, and see your campaigns directly influence brand growth. No red tape. The Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist is the engine behind boosting their brand presence and sparking real engagement across all brands. You’ll create, launch, and level‑up digital campaigns across every channel—crafting content, building emails, shaping messaging, and making an impact with both B2B and B2C audiences. This role is super collaborative. As part of their Creative Content team, you’ll team up with Sales, E‑Commerce, and Design to bring ideas to life from digital spaces to real-world interactions. If you love storytelling, testing new ideas, and creating scroll‑stopping content, this is your playground.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR/Advertising, or a related creative‑strategic field.
  • Comfortable working inside ESPs like Klaviyo, MailChimp, or HubSpot.
  • Experience updating website content, images, merchandise, and promos.
  • Ability to navigate Shopify.
  • Strategic thinker who loves connecting dots and driving real results.
  • Analytics skills to read performance, spot trends, and tweak campaigns accordingly.
  • Proven experience building and executing digital marketing strategies that work.
  • Strong communication skills, including clear, confident, and personalized writing.
  • A curious, experimental mindset, eager to learn, test, and improve.
  • Quick learner, self‑starter, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
  • Confident interfacing professionally within all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch email campaigns (promos, storytelling, automations) across various brands.
  • Craft and A/B test email subject lines and preview text.
  • Segment audiences for personalized email messages.
  • Manage the email calendar to ensure timely sends.
  • Work with ESPs like Klaviyo and HubSpot for email marketing.
  • Write and edit content including blogs, landing pages, and web copy.
  • Create SEO‑friendly content for discoverability.
  • Develop compelling campaign copy consistent with brand vibe.
  • Refresh existing web content to keep everything current, clear, and engaging.
  • Execute seasonal, promotional, and product‑focused campaigns.
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and creative flow for campaigns.
  • Support product launches and sales initiatives with messaging and content.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across each channel and touchpoint.
  • Develop and manage social media strategy for two brand verticals across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Write and schedule authentic social media captions.
  • Engage with comments and messages to build a positive, responsive community.
  • Shape online brand reputation through smart, timely interactions.
  • Track performance across emails, campaigns, and content.
  • Collaborate with E‑Commerce to analyze digital metrics and uncover insights.
  • Test, iterate, and optimize digital presence through data‑driven decisions.
  • Coordinate email communication with distributors.
  • Keep the sales team looped in.
  • Plan and coordinate promos, assets, and new product launches.
  • Share insights in team syncs.
