Under general supervision, coordinate the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that support HMFA’s growth initiatives; coordinate all activities related to the development and enhancement of HMFA’s websites, including, but not limited to, njhousing.gov, njhrc.gov, and other program-specific websites; coordinate the Agency’s B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumer) email and social media marketing campaigns through message composition, list/channel management, and subsequent analytics reporting; adapt program language and collateral into a format appropriate for use on the web; maintain the Agency’s digital photography archive, including image acquisition, color correction, keywording and other associated duties; support Marketing and Communications by proactively researching digital marketing and training solutions; act as liaison between HMFA and the State of New Jersey’s Office of Information Technology (NJ OIT). Perform related duties as required.
