About The Position

As a Visual Communications Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving success and innovation. Our work depends on a Visual Communications Specialist joining our team to produce and optimize a wide range of multimedia content for websites and social media platforms. This role requires expertise in graphic design, multimedia production, and emerging technologies such as generative AI and 3D production tools. HOW A VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Produces and optimizes a wide range of multimedia content for websites and social media platforms. Creates visually engaging content that aligns with program objectives and audience needs. Utilizes advanced tools and technologies, including generative AI and 3D production tools, to enhance multimedia content. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; significant experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. Experience: 4-6+ years of experience with graphic design and multimedia content. Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of Adobe design software. Experience with short-form video production and social media-optimized content. Proficiency with video and photography equipment. Experience with generative AI and 3D services such as Kling, Higgsfield AI, and Blender. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The likely salary range for this position is $80,750 - $109,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
