About The Position

The Digital Clerk fulfills customers’ online curbside orders and provides a smooth, friendly pickup experience. The role involves shopping orders quickly and accurately, collecting payment, and ensuring orders are ready for pickup on time. The position supports customer loyalty and satisfaction through courteous service, clear communication, attention to detail, and collaboration with team members and leadership. Training is provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
At least 1 year of experience.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Able to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience preferred.
Past cashier experience preferred.
Past online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous service in the curbside pickup area, fulfill orders accurately, and collect payment during the carside experience.
Greet customers with a friendly attitude in person and by phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, store team members, and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns quickly, partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag items according to bagging standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
