Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day efforts with key clients and accounts on retail-based promotions for Fortune 500 brands.
- Work with the creative team, copywriters, developers, producers, and other client services teams to execute projects.
- Strategically advise clients and develop ideas and solutions that achieve business, marketing, and engagement objectives.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously to bring them to life—on time, within project budgets, and exceeding expectations.
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, maintaining regular contact at all levels to become an integral part of their internal team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in the digital space.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the digital space, including websites, promotions, and email
- Experience executing and managing multiple online programs for clients
- Desire to stay updated on the changing digital landscape and bring innovative ideas to programs
- Ability to lead high-profile client accounts and manage a team
- Strong attention to detail and client management skills
- Experience working on retail-based promotions for Fortune 500 brands
