The Account Manager serves as the overall account owner, liaison, and concierge for customers in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. The focus of this position will center on the planning, execution, and strategy of digital campaigns within the email channel and other innovative technologies and products. A successful Account Manager will display aptitude in the delivery/execution of campaigns, initiatives, and related technology. The Account Manager helps maximize client program performance within the project budget and is accountable for directly managing/executing client projects from inception to completion and onto renewal. The Account Manager will support his/her manager and the Vice President of Digital Solutions when new services are offered and will be accountable for growing opportunities primarily within existing execution accounts.
