About The Position

Take the next step in your career with Unidine as a Clinical Dietitian in Oswego, NY! This is a part-time position, working 2 days per week, with one day onsite and one day remote. The role involves providing Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in a senior living setting, collaborating with a team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to residents, families, staff, and the community.
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing resident care and clinical excellence.
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve resident satisfaction and service goals.
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
