About The Position
The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is the largest employer in Saskatchewan, employing more than 45,000 staff in a dynamic healthcare environment. The SHA is committed to providing coordinated quality services that are seamless, safe and patient-centred. This position manages patient nutrition care, including nutritional assessment, development and implementation of nutrition care plans, diet counselling, care evaluation, and arranging follow-up care. The incumbent acts as a nutrition consultant to other health care team members and provides education experiences for dietetic interns. Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.
Requirements
- Dietetic Internship certificate
- Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (BSc(Nutr))
- Registered/eligible for registration with the Dietitians of Canada (DC)
- Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Dietitians
- Must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
- Must bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.
