About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Outpatient Dietitian Nutritionist for Naples Community Hospital Diabetes Center located in Naples, Florida. This role focuses on outpatient diabetes management (70%) and other chronic disease management. A certification in diabetes education is a plus. This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian credentials.
• Licensed in Florida.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to be a self-starter and a team player.
• Ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff.
• Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
• Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
• Minimum 3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient diabetes nutritional care and education.
• Educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses.
• Precept dietetic interns.
