About The Position
Sodexo is seeking a Full-Time Cancer Center Registered Dietitian to provide outpatient nutrition care at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital. You will be the primary dietitian for the following clinics: Otolaryngology, Hematology and Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, Radiation Oncology, and Infusion Center. This position will work 40 hours per week with option for hybrid work, with excellent benefits.
Requirements
- Be independent and reliable with time management skills
- Have a strong focus on driving outstanding patient satisfaction results and driving process improvement activities
- Are flexible, a team player, and possess good time management skills
- Be a Registered Dietitian, eligible for licensure in Missouri
- Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
- Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
- 3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling to patients, including enteral nutrition support
- Be able to develop strong rapport with the nursing and medical staff to provide exemplary care to patients, staff and community
- Work with dietetic interns from Saint Louis University for acute care clinical training
