About The Position

Corning Specialty Care, a 40-bed long-term care skilled nursing community in Corning, Iowa, is hiring Dietary Staff for full-time evening work. This role supports residents by providing food service and maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary work areas. Team members serve residents in dining areas and rooms while delivering exceptional customer service. Training in food safety, sanitation, and modified diets is to be completed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated skills in quantity food preparation and service.
• Willingness to complete training in food safety, sanitation, and modified diets.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a healthcare dietary setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve hot and cold food portions to residents as part of table service.
• Set up and clear tables and transport food carts.
• Deliver trays to residents’ rooms while providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform cleaning duties and maintain safe, sanitary work areas.
