About The Position

Care Initiatives is hiring Dietary Staff to support food service in its skilled nursing communities throughout Iowa. The role involves serving residents, delivering trays, and keeping dining and food-service areas clean and sanitary. Evening full-time shifts are available.

The successful candidate will demonstrate quantity food preparation and service skills, follow written and oral instructions, and be willing to complete training in food safety, sanitation, and modified diets. Experience in a healthcare dietary setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve hot and cold food portions to residents.
• Set up and clear tables and transport food carts.
• Deliver trays to residents’ rooms while providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform cleaning duties and maintain safe, sanitary work areas.
