About The Position
Corning Specialty Care is a 40-bed long-term care skilled nursing community in Corning, Iowa. The Dietary Staff member supports residents by providing food table service, bringing trays to resident rooms, and helping maintain clean and sanitary work areas. This is a full-time day position. Experience in a healthcare dietary setting is a plus.
Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in quantity food preparation and service.
- Willingness to complete training in food safety, sanitation, and modified diets.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities
- Serve hot and cold food portions to residents as part of food table service.
- Set up and clear tables.
- Transport food carts.
- Bring trays to resident rooms and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform cleaning duties and maintain safe, sanitary work areas.
