About The Position
Care Initiatives is hiring Dietary Staff to support food service in its skilled nursing communities throughout Iowa. The role involves serving residents, delivering trays, setting up and clearing tables, transporting food carts, and maintaining clean and sanitary work areas. Employees should provide exceptional customer service and be willing to complete training in food safety, sanitation, and modified diets.
Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in quantity food preparation and service.
- Willingness to complete training in food safety, sanitation, and modified diets.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities
- Serve hot and cold food portions to residents.
- Set up and clear tables and transport food carts.
- Deliver trays to residents’ rooms while providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform cleaning duties and maintain safe, sanitary work areas.
