About The Position
Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate, reliable Dietary Cook to join its care team. The role supports residents’ care by preparing and serving meals and snacks, following food procedures, and helping ensure food-service operations run on time and maintain adequate supplies. The position is full-time and based in Henderson, Tennessee.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- One year of dietary or food-service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Follow food procedures in accordance with established policies.
- Complete necessary forms and reports and submit them to the Dietary Manager.
- Assist in establishing the food-service production line to ensure meals are prepared on time.
- Prepare and serve meals and bedtime snacks, and serve substitute meals and/or snacks as necessary.
- Assist with daily cleaning duties.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of staple and non-staple food, supplies, and equipment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Dietary Manager and/or VP of Nutritional Services.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in verbal, written, and electronic communications.
