About The Position

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to residents’ dietary requirements and meal plans.
• Ensure food is prepared safely and meets quality standards.
• Assist with menu planning and accommodate special diets prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Collaborate with dietary and nursing staff to meet residents’ nutritional needs.
