About The Position

The Dietary Aide serves nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents while considering their dietary preferences and restrictions. The role prepares dining areas to provide a clean, welcoming setting for meals and social gatherings, and helps maintain an organized, sanitary kitchen in compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. The Dietary Aide interacts compassionately with residents and reflects the values of love, compassion, and dignity.

Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Complete a ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of the start date.
• Demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages while taking residents’ dietary preferences and restrictions into consideration.
• Prepare dining areas to provide a clean, welcoming environment for meals and social gatherings.
• Help maintain a sanitary and organized kitchen and comply with safety and sanitation protocols.
