About The Position
The Dietary Aide serves high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents while taking dietary preferences and restrictions into consideration. The role prepares dining areas to provide a clean, welcoming setting for meals and social gatherings, and helps keep the kitchen sanitary and organized in compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. The Dietary Aide interacts compassionately with residents and reflects the values of love, compassion, and dignity.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Complete a ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of the start date.
- Demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Serve high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages while considering residents’ dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Prepare dining areas, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for resident social gatherings and meals.
- Help maintain a sanitary and organized kitchen and comply with safety and sanitation protocols.
